[DISCLOSURE] KDPharm (011040) announced on July 28 that it will repurchase 150,000 common stocks worth 2.88 billion won (US$2.55 million).

The stocks will be traded on Kosdaq by Oct. 27. The repurchased stocks will contribute to stabilization of its stock price and increasing value for stockholders.
