S-Oil chief executive Ahmed Subaey will leave office later this month, completing his four-year term, the nation’s third largest oil refiner said Tuesday.
A new CEO will be nominated at a board meeting to be held after the company’s shareholder meeting on March 23.
Subaey will serve as CEO until the shareholder meeting, S-Oil said.
