KB Financial Group acquires 6% stake in Hanjin Heavy

[DISCLOSURE] KB Financial Group (105560) said on July 26 that it has obtained a 6.21 percent stake in Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction (097230) through debt-equity swap and buying convertible bonds, following the Creditor Banks Standing Council’s decision.
