[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Chemical (009830) will contribute 18,229 shares worth 9.1 billion won (US$7.9 million) to its affiliate Hanwha Chemical Overseas Holdings to secure operation funds and to improve its financial structure, it announced on July 8.
