Moxy Seoul Myeongdong presents special staycation package

Located in one of Seoul’s main tourist districts, Moxy Seoul Myeongdong offers the “Beauty Hunter” package to quench beauty enthusiasts’ thirst.

The promotion presents an opportunity to experience Korean beauty, food and culture with a one-day stay at the hotel.

Guests receive a free welcoming drink after check-in. The hotel also offers five sheet masks from vegan beauty brand Lapcos.

The package includes the opportunity to play board games and feast at a snack venue 24 hours a day, with snacks, wine, beer and other beverages.

Bricktacular events at Legoland Korea Resort

Legoland Korea Resort in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, presents interesting programs to entertain holidaymakers featuring new styles of performances and events.

Celebrating the Year of the Blue Dragon, “Happy New Year Bricktacular” offers special, brick-themed photo zones where visitors can make their wishes for the new year, as well as a lucky bag making contest.

The program runs through Feb. 25.

Legoland Korea Resort’s popular characters will appear at Brick Street Square and Bricktopia areas with stage performances at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. every day.

Visitors can also enjoy indoor sports activities like a Lego curling contest at the theme park.

DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul introduces child-friendly package

The DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo is set to entertain children enjoying winter vacation with its latest “Little Artist” promotion.

The promotion includes a special welcome kit, the hotel’s signature cookie box, an afternoon tea set, a special “mission book,” a breakfast buffet for the parents and child, restaurant discounts and admission to the hotel's indoor swimming pool.

With the tea set, children can design and make their own desserts, including cake and macaroons. Children can also tour different areas of the hotel to complete missions and win the hotel’s mascot-themed eco bag.

The “Little Artist” package is 280,000 won and is available through February.

The Plaza launches winter food promotion

The Plaza has launched its winter season food promotion for guests looking to experience lesser-known seasonal Korean ingredients.

The healthy, wholesome ingredients include tilefish, black pork belly, monkfish liver, yam salad and more, cooked using Korean, Japanese and Chinese recipes.

Visitors can enjoy the seasonal dishes until Feb. 29 at the buffet restaurant, Seven Square, and Chinese restaurant, Dowon.

Mauna Ocean Resort offers kid-friendly promotion

Gyeongju's Mauna Ocean Resort is offering a winter-sports-themed program aimed at children.

The promotional package features tickets for two to Yangnam Snow Sled Park in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province.

In addition to sledding, children can enjoy the mini trains, go-karts and an electric train exclusively for children. Visitors can try smelt fishing and eat tasty winter snacks as well.
