ACT records 16 new COVID-19 cases

The ACT has recorded 16 new local COVID cases. 11 spent some time infectious in the community, while seven cases remain unlinked. Chief Minister Andrew Barr says funding for mental health will be boosted up to 14 million dollars to help people through the pandemic.
