Lamborghini unveiled two high-performance plug-in hybrid models in South Korea on Thursday, marking their Asia-Pacific debut.
The Italian automaker showcased the Urus SE Performante and Revuelto SV for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region at Lamborghini Day Korea, held at Grand Walkerhill Seoul.
The Urus SE Performante combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor, delivering 812 horsepower and 1,000 newton-meters of torque. It accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 312 km/h. Prices start at 351.23 million won ($262,000).
The Revuelto SV produces 1,065 horsepower and 1,425 Nm of torque, accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and reaching a top speed of 345 km/h.
The car is the most powerful and fastest Lamborghini ever and was built in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. It will be limited to 1,963 units, commemorating the company's founding year. Prices start at 883.33 million won.
Korea ranked second among Lamborghini's Asia-Pacific markets and sixth worldwide in vehicle deliveries in the first half of this year. The company expects to deliver 500 vehicles to Korean customers this year.
“Hosting Lamborghini Day Korea for the first time and presenting the Urus SE Performante and Revuelto SV for their Asia-Pacific debut in Korea demonstrates the importance of this region to Lamborghini,” Stephan Winkelmann, the automaker's chairman and chief executive, said.
