The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it will operate sledding areas at three Hangang Park locations, Ttukseom Hangang Park, Jamwon Hangang Park and Yeouido, from Wednesday through Feb. 18, for a total of 50 days.
Outdoor swimming pools that close during winter have been seasonally converted into sledding areas. In 2024, the sites attracted a combined 141,134 visitors, the highest figure since the program began in 2022.
