Seventeen generated 100 million plays on Spotify with “Maestro,” according to agency Pledis Entertainment on Saturday, citing the platform.
It is the band’s 14th single to achieve the feat.
“Maestro” is the main track from the group's best-of album, “17 Is Right Here.” The dance R&B tune spent four weeks each on Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excluding US lists. The compilation album, released in April last year, sold close to 3 million copies in the first week and was the second bestselling album in Korea in 2024. It hit the Billboard 200 at No. 5 and stayed on the list for five weeks.
Meanwhile, the band is slated to meet fans in Japan at its “Holiday” fan meetup. The event will be held at Kyocera Dome in Osaka on April 24, 26 and 27 and at Saitama Super Arena on May 10 and 11.
