US Senator Mark Kelly visits Hanwha Philly Shipyard in Philadelphia on Tuesday, during which he highlighted the shipyard's strategic importance and its contribution to the local economy. Sen. Kelly introduced the bipartisan SHIPS for America Act last December with an aim to increase the number of US-flagged fleets.
