G Dragon is poised to bring out a solo full album in mid-February and will begin touring the world from late March, according to a local media report Wednesday.
He is set to appear in a variety show that will start airing on Feb. 16. This will coincide with the release of the album, his first solo LP in about 13 years and first solo album in over 7 1/2 years. The album will include singles he dropped in advance last year – “Power” and “Home Sweet Home.”
He then will host a two-day concert in Korea, which will kick off an international tour. His last solo tour was in 2017.
On Tuesday, the artist flew to Paris to attend the spring/summer 2025 haute couture show for Chanel. He was named the maison’s ambassador in 2016 as its first-ever Asian muse.
Yena to host first concert in Japan

Yena will meet her fans in Japan next month at her first solo concert, announced agency Yue Hua Entertainment Wednesday.
She is planning to visit Osaka and Tokyo on Feb. 8 and 10, respectively, for standalone live shows. The two-day gig is an extension of her impending concert in Seoul this week, her first such event since she went solo in 2022.
The performer debuted as a member of project girl group IZ*One in 2018 and made a comeback on her own in 2022 with EP “Smiley” after the group disbanded in 2021.
Her latest effort is third single “Nemonemo," which came out in September last year. In Japan, she dropped second single “DNA” in February last year.
In the meantime, she will appear in family sitcom “Villain’s Country,” which will begin airing soon.
