Yeoksam Global Village Center is giving local expats the chance to learn the gayageum for free at the National Gugak Center.
The gayageum is a 12-stringed plucked zither that originates from Korea’s ancient Gaya confederacy.
The class will be in Korean and English and instruments will be provided.
The class is on Thursday and meets at 1:30 p.m. at Bangbae Station Exit 1.
