[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Paint (011720) has decided to issue around 7.33 million common shares for a capital increase worth 6 billion won (US$5.10 million), it announced on July 25.

The newly issued stocks will be allotted to No. 1 Chelsea Vision Investment Association. They will be listed on Sept. 6.
