Ingredients:
- 100 grams soaked glutinous rice
- 200 grams ground beef
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 40 grams carrot
- 5 grams ginger
- 10 grams green onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 grams potato starch
Sauce Ingredients:
- 15 grams soy sauce
- 30 grams chicken powder
- 15 grams oyster sauce
- 40 grams sesame oil
- 2 grams white pepper
- 1 gram salt
- 1 gram sugar
(Serves 1 to 2)
Instructions:
Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms, carrot, ginger and green onion. Prepare the remaining ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and ginger with the ground beef and the sauce ingredients. Mix and knead well.
Form the mixture into small balls, coat them with the soaked glutinous rice and steam them for about 10 minutes.
Tip: Soak the glutinous rice for at least an hour to reduce cooking time.
