Main ingredients:

100 grams oysters

1/2 piece lemon

A handful of chives

2 tablespoons butter

A little starch

1 bowl rice

Sauce ingredients:

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons water

(Serves 1)


Instructions:

Rub the oysters with coarse salt and rinse with water, repeating this 3-4 times to clean them thoroughly.

Lightly coat the oysters with starch.

Slice the lemon and finely chop the chives.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Melt the butter in a pan and grill the oysters until golden brown.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer, stirring well.

Place the cooked oysters on top of warm rice and sprinkle with chopped chives to finish. Tip: Squeeze lemon juice over before eating for added flavor.
