Lobster rolls and abalone tart at Lotte Seoul
Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Toh Lim and Delica-Hans are opening a pop-up store at Lotte Department Main Store’s food hall. From April 8 to 23, the store will be offering lobster rolls and abalone tart, which have recently taken New York and Hong Kong by storm. Chili and wasabi-mayo lobster rolls will be available at 12,000 won each, baked by Delica-Hans pastry chefs with lobsters flown in directly from Maine, U.S. Also sold will be abalone tart, a signature dim sum of a three Michelin-star restaurant in Hong King, and egg tart, an iconic Macau treat from Lord Stow’s Bakery.
