Kia Motors, Korea’s second-largest carmaker, said on Monday that it had launched the latest version of the K9 luxury sedan here.
The new K9 has a refined tiger nose radiator grille and taillight assembly that give the car a more upscale feel. Sold overseas as the Quoris or K900, the newest version of the K9 also touts a smart trunk system and electronic transmission shifter.
In terms of safety features, the K9 comes with side and curtain airbags, advanced smart cruise control, a lane departure warning and automatic emergency braking.
Kia said that local buyers would have the option of buying the K9 with the award-winning 5-liter Tau V8 engine for the first time, offering a more enhanced driving experience.
