Health, education, disability support, and public housing programs could all face funding cuts in the upcoming Victorian budget. The state opposition says programs worth more than three billion dollars will be discontinued unless additional funding is provided in the May 7 budget. The government had admitted there'll be some tough decisions to be made as it looks to rein in spending.
