NSW parliament is facing yet another claim of bullying after Shooters MLC Robert Borsak was allegedly heard saying the Legislative Council Chair should have "clocked" Independent MP Helen Dalton. The former Shooters Member has been told the new complaints body cannot investigate the incident.
