The Northern Territory's Police Commissioner has rejected calls for his resignation a week after a damning union survey revealed almost 80 percent of his officers don't have confidence in him. Jamie Chalker hasn't held a press conference in months but spoke out on his way to address union delegates at the annual NT Police Association conference today.
