Sue Neill-Fraser's murder conviction appeal rejected

Tasmania's court of criminal appeal last week dismissed a case brought by convicted murderer Sue Neil-Fraser. It's the first decision under recent state legislation that allows an appeal if lawyers can show there is "fresh and compelling evidence" that was not available at the original trial.
