[DISCLOSURE] Bokwang Industry (225530) sold its 2.5 million shares of Home Center (060560) for 7 billion won (US$6.1 million) to improve liquidity, it announced on June 22. The cement company’s stake decreased to 9.36 percent. The largest shareholder of Home Center has changed from Bokwang to its CEO Park Byeong-jun (11 percent), the construction material company announced in a separate statement.
