[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Motor (005380) said in a statement on June 21 that it is seeking to purchase General Electric’s 20 percent stake in Hyundai Capital through a third party but nothing specific has been determined. As for GE’s stake in Hyundai Card, nothing has been decided, the auto company added.
