[DISCLOSURE] Baiksan (035150) has sold 1,809,988 of its Hanp shares for 5.98 billion won (US$5.1 million) to improve its financial strength, it announced on June 20. This amounts to 5.77 percent of its equity capital. After the disposal, its stake will decrease to 0.97 percent.
