정부, 2017년도 예산안 3% 증액
The government is seeking to increase its budget spending by 3 percent to total 398.1 trillion won ($338.3 billion) next year, the lowest increase in six years, according to Finance Ministry officials.
재정부 관계자들의 말에 따르면, 정부가 내년도 예산 지출규모를 6년 만에 최저 증가폭인 총 398조1천억 원으로 3%가량 늘리는 방안을 모색하고 있다.
They said requests for an increase in budget have been on a steady decline in recent years as the government continues to reform and innovate its spending.
이들은 정부가 예산 지출규모를 계속해서 개선하고 혁신하고 있으므로 최근 몇 년간 예산안 확대 요구가 꾸준히 감소해왔다고 말했다.
According to the preliminary requests, the culture sector`s budget increased the most, by 5.8 percent, which is consistent with plans to expand the high-value tourism industry.
국회 요구에 따르면, 문화부문 예산이 5.8%로 가장 많이 증가했는데 이는 고부가가치 관광산업 확대 계획과 일치하는 것이다.
On the other hand, the diplomacy and unification sectors saw a combined decrease in budget spending of 5.5 percent, attributable to the closure of the Gaeseong Industrial Park, and the budget request for infrastructure was down by 15.4 percent.
반면, 외교.통일 부문은 개성공단 폐쇄로 인해 예산 지출규모가 5.5% 함께 감소했으며 SOC 예산 요구액은 15.4% 감소했다. (코리아헤럴드 06월13일자 기사)
