[DISCLOSURE] Deasang Corp (001680) announced on June 15 that it will purchase 12.99 million shares of Vietnamese meat processor Duc Viet Food Joint Stock Company at 37.5 billion won ($31.8 million). The food manufacturer will own 99.99 percent of the company’s shares.
