[DISCLOSURE] KSS Line (044450) will guarantee a 79.8 billion won ($68 million) loan for its special purpose corporation KS Shipholding SA, it announced on June 14. It is a performance guarantee to build a gas carrier for Hyundai Heavy Industries (009540), and amounts to 37.62 percent of KSS Line’s equity capital.
