[DISCLOSURE] CJ CGV (079160), a giant theaters operator, reported on Oct. 17 that it has decided on a loan guarantee for 80 billion won (US$ 70.7 million) debt of its subsidiary, Mars Sinema Turizm ve Sportif Tesisler Isletmeciligi A.S.

The loan amounts to 491.1 billion won, which is equivalent to 17.97 percent of the firm’s equity capital.
