[DISCLOSURE] Korea Information Certificate Authority (053300) announced on Oct. 13 that it will raise its capital by issuing 4.2 million shares worth 22.55 billion won (US$ 19.86 million) to invest on facilities and finance operations. The issuing price is 5,370 won and the stocks will be listed on Jan. 11, 2017.
