[DISCLOSURE] AJ Networks (095570) announced its stock spilt on Oct. 11, lowering the face value of its stock from 5000 won (US$4.47) to 1000 won. The company seeks to revitalize trading.

Its initial public offering is scheduled on Jan. 17, 2017.
