[DISCLOSURE] Biopharmaceutical company, Medytox (086900) reported on Oct. 11 that it is to rephrases its 16,700 shares worth 7.22 billion won (US$ 6.45 million) in cooperation with HMC Investment & securities.

The acquisition is for boosting shareholder value, starting from Dec. 20.
