[DISCLOSURE] Cosmo AM&T (005070) said on Oct. 7 that it has sold off real estate property in North Chungcheong Province worth 47.7 billion won (US$42.7 million) to Seyeong Development Ltd. to secure liquidity.

The deal amounts to 21.43 percent of the firm’s equity capital and the due date for the transfer is Dec. 20, 2017.
