[DISCLOSURE] Imagine Asia (036260) announced on Oct. 6 that it plans to finance its operation by issuing around 39.24 million common shares worth 73 billion won (US$ 65.74 million).

The newly issued stocks will be offered to Chungho Comnet, Chung Sandra Yoo Hee and others.
