[DISCLOSURE] Daelim C&S (004440) said on Oct. 6 that it has signed a contract worth 227.3 billion won (US$204.6 million) with its largest shareholder and affiliate, Daelim Industrial (000210) regarding road construction in South Jeolla Province.

The deal amounts to 7.7 percent of the firm's revenue and expires November, 2020.
