[DISCLOSURE] Eugene Tech (084370) said on Sept. 30 that it has signed a contract worth 2.4 billion won (US$2.2 million) with Taiwan’s Winbond Electronics to supply semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

The deal amounts to 2.5 percent of the firm’s equity capital and expires Dec. 16.
