[DISCLOSURE] Green Cross Medical Science (142280) announced on Sept. 29 that it has decided to invest 32 billion won (US$29.25 million) to build new manufacturing facilities in north Chungcheong province.

The construction cost is equivalent to 97 percent of the company's equity capital.
