[DISCLOSURE] ATGen (182400) said on Sept. 23 that it has decided on a capital increase of 10 billion won through third-party allotment. The firm plans to offer 247,709 new shares to its largest shareholder at the price of 40,370 won (US$36.51) per share.
The listing date is Nov. 14.
