[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Techwin (012450) said on Sept. 22 that it decided to acquire 30 percent stake (6,300,000 shares) in US-based aerospace manufacturer Pratt & Whitney’s Singapore subsidiary, P&W NGPF Manufacturing Company Singapore Ltd.
The amount of the contract is to remain confidential in accordance with the nondisclosure agreement.
