[DISCLOSURE] Nas Media (089600) said on Sept. 26 that it has decided on a capital increase of 24 billion won (US$21.6 million) to acquire 66.67 percent stake in N Search Marketing, an online marketing firm, through third-party allotment.

A total of 801,335 shares will be issued to a private equity fund at the price of 29,950 won per share. Nas Media will purchase 34,787 shares of N Search Marketing for 40 billion won.
