[DISCLOSURE] Nanos (151910) said on Sept. 21 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with a consortium including Kanglim(014200) and Ssangbangwool (102280) to receive court approval regarding mergers and acquisitions.

The aim is to prepare for corporate restructuring, following the acquisition process.
