[DISCLOSURE] Interbulls (158310) said on Sept. 20 that it plans to exercise conversion rights on 353,919 shares worth 2 billion won (US$1.8 million). The conversion price is 5,651 won (US$5.04) per share and the listing date is Oct. 4.
