[DISCLOSURE] KEC Holdings (006200) said on Sept. 19 that it has signed a loan guarantee agreement with Woori Bank (000030) for 22.8 billion won (US$20.3 million) debt of its subsidiary, KEC (092220).

KEC Holdings’ loan amounts to 19 billion won is equivalent to 19.07 percent of the firm’s equity capital.
