[DISCLOSURE] Midong & Cinema (161570) said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to raise 8.2 billion won (US$7.2 million) in capital through third-party allotment.

A total of 975,000 shares will be offered to Firerock Hong Ke Capital at the price of 8,400 won per share and the listing date is Oct. 21.
