[DISCLOSURE] BH (090460) announced on Sept. 12 that its subsidiary, BH Electronics, has decided to underwrite the company’s debt worth 2.6 billion won (US$2.34 million), which was borrowed from IBK in China.
The amount is equivalent to 2.45 percent of BH Electronics‘ equity capital.
