[DISCLOSURE] KPM Tech (042040), also known as Korea Plating Materials Technology, said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to raise 14.3 billion won (US$13 million) in capital through third-party allotment.

A total of 848,664 new shares will be issued at the price of 16,850 won per share and the listing date is Oct. 25.
