[DISCLOSURE] Shinyang Auracom Display (086830) announced on Sept. 12 that it has decided on a capital increase of 9.9 billion won (US$ 8.91 million) through third-party allotment.
A total of around 15.86 million shares will be newly issued to Continental holding and 8 others at 624 won per share. The stocks will be listed on Oct. 18.
