[DISCLOSURE] E-Mart (139480) announced on Sept. 9 that it has decided to invest 25 billion won (US$22.5 million) in its affiliate, E-Mart With Me to secure capital on expansion plans.

E-Mart With Me is the convenience store brand of Shinsegae Group (004170).
