[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Cement (006390) announced on Sept. 9 that it has decided on a capital increase of 87.3 billion won (US$79.26 million) through third-party allotment. A total of 3.75 million shares will be newly issued at 23,335 won per share. The stocks will be listed on Oct. 28.
