[DISCLOSURE] Doosan Infracore (042670) announced on Sept. 9 that it plans to dispose 23,228,585 shares of Doosan Bobcat on the affiliate's upcoming initial public offering. Following the disposal, Doosan Infracore will own 43.4 percent stake (43,385,165 shares) in Doosan Bobcat.
