[DISCLOSURE] Daewoo E&C (047040) announced on Sept. 7 that it has decided to underwrite debt worth 150 billion won (US$137 million) for Songdo IBS LLC. The amount is equivalent to 5. 32 percent of Daewoo E&C's equity capital.
